Founder Experience

Life During The Residency

Twelve weeks that feel like a year.

Not because they are hard. Because they compound.

01Morning

Deep work before the city wakes up.

Empty cafe before the city wakes up. Espresso and a terminal. Two real hours before Slack opens. This is when the important work gets done.

02Afternoon

Building, meetings, founder conversations.

Product work. A quick call with another founder in the cohort who solved the same problem last week. Whiteboard session that turns into a three-hour product redesign.

03Evening

Founder dinners, operator gatherings, strategy sessions.

Small table. Honest conversation. An operator who built what you're trying to build tells you the three things they wish they'd known. The kind of feedback you can only get face to face.

04Late Night

Shipping product and solving problems.

3am. Terminal open. Something finally clicking. The city is quiet. The momentum is not. Ramen at midnight. Short walk. No Slack. Just the satisfaction of something working.

05 — More Moments

More from the residency.

Every day is different. Every week compounds.

This is not a conference.
This is not a networking event.
This is not a workshop series.

This is twelve weeks of building, alongside the kind of people who push you to do the best work of your life.
